What Personal Data Do We Collect?
We collect email addresses of users who download a copy of the Creative Forest Model. When visitors submit their name and email address on the site we collect the data shown in the Contact Form or the Get Download Link Form, and also the visitor’s IP address, OS type and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
We retain records of emails sent between users and our support team.
We also retain email addresses and biographical details of users who elect to sign up to digital support services through Creative Forest Connect. A separate user agreement covers Creative Forest Connect.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that our website sends to your browser, which are then stored on your system for later retrieval. We only use cookies to give you a simpler and easier browsing experience — not to track your website use. Remember, you can always clear cookies locally in your browser.

We will not share personal details, email contact addresses or any other collected data with third parties other than our delivery partner, Net NZ, except where the user has granted written permission to do so or we are obliged to under law. An example would be where a law enforcement agency obtains a Court Order requesting a data set.

We make every effort to ensure collected data is held securely. In the unlikely event of a breach of data security we will inform the users affected as soon as we become aware of any such breach.
Complaints
We take privacy seriously and promise to make every effort to address any matter raised with us in relation to privacy or personal data.
